Log into the platform using the email address you registered with here: https://www.accelevents.com/e/2021JDEENV
What should I do if I’m having connection issues?
If possible, use Google Chrome as your internet browser for best performance and if you encounter issues, refresh your browser. Also, be sure your browser settings are set to allow for microphone/camera capabilities in sessions where you need to interact. Lastly, you may want to disconnect from your VPN for best stability.
What timezone are the sessions in?
When logged into the platform, the sessions will appear in the same time zone as your computer (i.e. local time).
Where do I find the Coffee & Connect sessions?
In the “Agenda” tab on the main lobby.
How do I attend a session?
A few minutes prior to the start of a session, a blue “Join Now” button will appear where you can access the session.
How do I access a session recording?
Once a session has ended, a blue “View Recording” button will appear next to the session listing.
Is CPE (Continuing Professional Education) credit available?
Yes! You can find sessions that offer CPE credit by using the session Tracks & Tags filter and checking the box “CPE Eligible.”
How long will the INFOCUS Envision recordings be available on the Accelevents site?
They will be available two weeks post event and after that they will be moved into the Quest Oracle Community website for Quest members.
When will they be available to members on the Quest website in the content library?
They will be uploaded two weeks post event.
Is closed captioning available for the hearing impaired?
Unfortunately, the Accelevents event platform does not offer closed captioning at this time. We have provided feedback to the platform provider and are looking at other options for future events.
How can I access the chat threads from previous sessions?
In the upper right corner of the main chat thread, click the left arrow to expand the window and the “Channels” tab will appear, where you can access all session chat threads.
Can I add the sessions I register for to my Outlook Calendar?
Yes! Go to the Agenda tab, locate the session you’d like to add to your calendar, click “Add to calendar,” then select your preferred calendar.
