RV’s Strategy Spotlight

Strategy Spotlight As you might already know, HCM Image 43 is now available for download.  Features available with this release include:  Benefit Plans Comparisons, Payroll Trend Analytics and Insights, Payroll Quick Calculation feature, Absence Balance and Forecasting enhancements, Dependent Rules for Benefits Life Plan relationships, Fluid Candidate Gateway Accessibility improvements, among others.  Allowing your employees to compare benefit plans during open enrollment is a feature that many US based customers will find interesting.  The PeopleSoft development team designed an easy to use, configurable interface that allows even novice employees to make the best decision possible by viewing a comprehensive, simplified, side-by-side comparison of various benefit plans offered by their organization.  There is still time for customers to deploy this feature for the upcoming benefits enrollment period.  To preview this feature and the others listed above, check out the HCM Image 43 highlights video.
