• Benefits – The group participated in a survey to help us understand the customers’ roadmap for up taking the most recent enhancements. Survey results are helpful as we continue to drive more enhancements throughout the product.
• Onboarding/Preboarding – The focus group will have a joint meeting with Recruiting Solutions Focus Group on May 1^st to discuss preboarding requirements.  If you have an interest in preboarding please contact [email protected]
• HR HelpDesk – The next focus group call is on May 23^rd. Plan to show demo of ‘Boost Solution Search Results’, ‘Notification for Solution Feedback’ and ‘Post Case Survey’ enhancements to gather feedback and suggestions. We are also looking to add more customers in the HR Helpdesk Focus Group. If any customer is interested to join the quarterly customer focus group you can reach out to [email protected]
• U.S. Federal HR – The group met on February 15^th to review the group’s priority of the most requested enhancements.  We are doing some follow up with agencies who were not in attendance to ensure we get their perspective as well.  If you are interested in joining the Federal HR Focus Group, reach out to [email protected]

• United States – EEOC announced 2023 EEO-1 Reporting is from April 1 – June 4.
• United States – OFFCP announced 2024 Veteran Hiring Benchmark to be 5.2%.
• Australia – The ATO has updated the Superannuation, Employee Termination Payment (ETP) thresholds and redundancy tax free amounts effective from 1st July 2024. The following threshold and amounts have been updated.
• United Kingdom – The Chancellor in the Spring Budget session announced that with effect from 6 April 2024, the employee’s national insurance contributions rate would be reduced from 10% to 8% for earnings above the primary threshold and below the upper earnings threshold. This is in addition to the 2% cut announced in the Autumn Statement that was effective from 6 January 2024.
• Singapore – The Budget 2024 outlines Singapore’s revenue and expenditure for the upcoming fiscal year, setting forth the Government’s financial priorities and policy directions.
• Malaysia – The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (HASiL) has released the latest formats of Forms E & EA for the tax year 2023.
• Japan – “A new Tax Cut program has been introduced by the National Tax Agency and provided the initial guidance for the implementation of the same.
