Learn how the State of Montana uses Taleo and Fusion SaaS applications to supplement on-premise HR & payroll system, PeopleSoft. Considering moving to the Cloud but have questions? Maybe you’re already in the Cloud and want to connect with other users? Wherever you are in your cloud journey, this session will have something to offer. State of Montana is using a hybrid approach to HRIS to maximize the Cloud while keeping our core HR and Payroll functions in PeopleSoft. With the implementation of Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding, the State has been able to leverage capabilities of Oracle’s Taleo cloud service to attract, select and onboard new employees. In 2016 we expanded our cloud presence by implementing Fusion Talent Management. State of Montana will share our implementation strategy, lessons learned, integration setup and how we maintain these systems. We will share our struggles and successes to provide your company a jumpstart with your own journey to the Cloud.
- Provide implementation strategy for Taleo Recruiting/Onboarding and Fusion Talent cloud services along side on-premise. State of Montana is not alone in the journey to implement and maintain integration and ensure HCM remains the system of record.
- Provide a networking opportunity for other Cloud adopters. State of Montana was one of the first from the public sector to adopt SaaS applications. We want to share our experience so others have a successful ssimplementation.
