Guided Self Service (GSS) is a configurable, Fluid enabled framework that you will see being leveraged throughout the PeopleSoft application suite. The most critical application of this framework happens to be in the PeopleSoft Core HR application to help managers initiate, submit and track manager self-service transactions such as Promotions, Transfers, Pay Changes, etc.
