About INFOCUS 19

INFOCUS 19 will be held in Denver, Colorado at the Sheraton Downtown Denver from August 20-22, 2019. It is the premier deep-dive JD Edwards focused event of the year – created for JD Edwards users by JD Edwards users. INFOCUS 19 will help you find practical solutions to today’s business technology challenges and learn how to best leverage your JD Edwards investment.

This year, there will be 250+ education sessions and 18+ Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings/networking opportunities. There will be 560+ customers, 60+ Oracle employees, and 90+ vendor companies. These numbers represent attendees from 42 states and 13 countries. These numbers continue to grow throughout the conference as people register throughout the week.

Registration

You can visit the Quest Registration desk at any time during the conference to get your badge printed. You must have your badge to attend education and networking events throughout the week.

Registration will be open during the following days and times:

  • Monday, August 19 from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Tuesday, August 20 from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday, August 21 from 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday, August 22 from 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Registration on Monday will be a Registration Happy Hour sponsored by Terillium and Redfaire International.

Kick-Off Networking

These sessions will include a brief overview of conference highlights and all the can’t-miss opportunities for financials enthusiasts. The rest of the session will be spent going head-to-head in team style trivia. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to network with INFOCUS attendees with similar interests.

Special Interest Group Meetings and Roundtables

Special Interest Groups (SIGs) and Roundtables are great ways to meet fellow JD Edwards users that are in the same industry or are interested in the same product as you. These meetings take place throughout the entire week, so be sure to check out the Agenda Builder and find a meeting for the topic that interests you!

Quest customer attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a 75-minute Speed Networking session, which enhances the traditional value of face-to-face networking by utilizing advanced matching software. Participants will complete a 2-3-minute survey a few weeks before the conference and then will receive a customized scheduled of meetings with their highest compatible matches. You must pre-register in order to participate in this event.

Exhibitor Showcase

The Exhibitor Showcase is located in the Plaza Foyer on the concourse level of the hotel. This is a great place to meet and network with partners that can help you better leverage your JD Edwards solution. The Exhibitor Showcase is open during the following days and times:

Real Estate Track at INFOCUS 19

There is a full Real Estate program at INFOCUS 19! All Real Estate sessions will take place on the second level of the Tower Building. In addition to education, there are several events designed specifically for Real Estate users.

OREUG Opening Session and Lunch

Tuesday, August 20 from 11:30 AM – 12:45 AM in Windows

In this popular annual session, we will kick off the Real Estate program for InFocus and hear the latest updates from Oracle on recent and future enhancements to the Real Estate Module. Meet with your fellow Oracle customers and the vendors who support the industry. This is a great opportunity to interact with Oracle product managers and leading companies who focus on Real Estate, Home Building, and Construction.

OREUG Outing

Tuesday, August 20 at 7:00 PM at Lucky Strike

Join the OREUG and fellow Real Estate users at our annual Oracle Real Estate Users Group outing! This year, we will meet at Lucky Strike following the Welcome Networking Reception on Tuesday night. Join us for a night of food, drinks, and bowling!

Quest-Opoly

Quest-opoly is an exciting game that will give you the chance to visit experts in the industry around the show floor and get a chance to win great prizes! Customers will receive their Quest-opoly booklet at registration. Simply complete the tickets in the book and submit them at the appropriate booths to be eligible to win prizes from participating exhibitors. Only customer attendees are eligible to play, and there will be only one Quest-opoly book given to each customer.

Prizes will be given away at the following times:

  • Thursday, August 22 from 10:15 AM – 11:15 AM in the Exhibitor Showcase
    • All entries must be submitted to exhibitors by 9:00 AM on Thursday, August 22.
    • Attendees will be emailed by 10:15 AM with a list of winners
    • Winners will have until 11:15 AM to collect their prize from the respective exhibitor booth
  • Thursday, August 22 at 11:00 AM in the Exhibitor Showcase
    • Quest will give away two $250 American Express gift cards

Agenda Builder

Before you head to conference, you may want to start planning out what sessions you’re going to attend while you’re at INFOCUS. All of the sessions will be listed in the Onsite Guide that you get at check-in, but you can also save sessions to your agenda online using our Agenda Builder tool. In the tool, you will get a full list of sessions sorted by date and time, locations of each session, the speaker, track, and abstract for each session, a list of exhibitors, maps of the conference, and your personalized agenda that is home to all of the sessions that you’ve saved. You can search for sessions based on keywords, categories, session date, session type, etc. You can also search for exhibitors, booth numbers, and find exhibitors by state (in case you want someone local to you!).

You can also create and save personal events to your agenda, which can be helpful if you’re having meetings or breakfast/lunch/dinner plans throughout the week. You’ll have a complete, comprehensive schedule all in one place!

After you save sessions and personal events to your agenda, you can export them to your calendar or print out your personalized agenda!
