Strategy Spotlight The Questionnaire Framework Team is reviewing its Roadmap for 2024. We are looking to understand how customers are currently utilizing the framework in activity guides or having created their own Questionnaire Events using emails or notifications. Please email [email protected] with your current use cases or if you have use cases that are on your roadmap to be deployed.

Focus Group Updates:   Click on the link to find a focus group to join

  • Insights – The Insights Workgroup November meeting featured a discussion on possible future enhancements for PeopleSoft OpenSearch and Insights.
  • Performance – There was no focus group in November, the next focus meeting is on December 12th.  We will be discussing & reviewing requirements for Recognition Integration with Performance Management.
  • Tuition Reimbursement– Next focus group meeting is January 9th , if you would like to be part of this focus group please email [email protected]
  • Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) – Focus group met in November and discussed the design of the fluid course ratings.  We are now working on notifications and will discuss the new notifications in January’s meeting.  December’s meeting will be canceled due to scheduling conflicts.
  • Time and Labor – There was no focus group meeting in November.  The next focus group meeting will be on December 13th with a discussion on the design for the Configurable Time Summary feature and requirements for the Meal Waiver feature.
  • HR Helpdesk – Focus group will meet next on January 18th to discuss about Post Case Survey and Case Questionnaire enhancement that team is currently working on.
  • US Federal -The focus group will meet next on January 25th. We plan to validate the scope of changes needed to support the new fields required by OPM for EHRI reporting

***Important Note*** Focus Groups are open to all customers, calls are typically once a month for an hour or as needed.  Your organization needs to have a current CPCA (customer participation confidentiality agreement) since Oracle discloses future design and prototypes.

  • United States – On December 29, 2022 the SECURE 2.0 Act was signed into law by President Biden as part of the Consolidate Appropriations Act of 2023 (HR 2617).  It contains 92 provisions affecting United States retirement savings plans. Here is a link to the current Position Statement and the Planned Features and Enhancement Page which outlines our current roadmap.
  • United States – IRS Announces an Administrative Transition Period for Section 603 of the SECURE 2.0 Act
  • United States – Posted a special posting for the EEO-4 reporting updates (new electronic file)
  • United States -Posted a special posting for EEO-1 reporting (several changes for the EEO-1 file format)
  • Australia – Child Support and the Protected Earnings Amount in 2024
  • Malaysia – The Malaysian government presented the budget on 13th October 2023, for the Financial Year 2024-25
