Over time, our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment accumulated numerous custom integrations—each built differently and managed separately through batch jobs, external schedulers, and manual monitoring. We saw an opportunity not just to modernize these legacy integrations but to build a sustainable, future-ready integration framework inside JD Edwards itself. Using Orchestrations, UDOs, Pages, custom tables, and low-code/no-code extensions, we created a configurable Integration Portal that brings visibility, automation, and self-service directly to end users. The portal now handles processes across Payroll, AP, AR, and HR while preserving JD Edwards security and enabling users to re-run or correct processes without IT intervention. We’ll share how we transformed years of disconnected integrations into a modern digital platform that connects EnterpriseOne with cloud services, analytics, and AI, setting the foundation for future innovation.

MacLean-Fogg successfully implemented a seamless integration between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) and a cloud-based Manufacturing Execution System (MES) using Magic xpi Integration Platform. This integration enables real-time synchronization of production and scheduling data without manual intervention. Through the use of JDE custom tables, work orders, production schedules, and master item data are automatically uploaded to the MES environment, ensuring accurate and up-to-date manufacturing information across systems. In addition, the integration continuously monitors completed work orders in JD Edwards, triggering automatic removal of corresponding records from the MES. This closed-loop communication architecture minimizes human error, enhances data accuracy, and streamlines shop floor operations, resulting in improved production visibility and operational efficiency across MacLean-Fogg’s manufacturing network.

I am Lisa Tran with Monterey Mushrooms. I have been with the company for 3 years and each year I have been retrofitting modifications to Base JDE programs. This year, I started a campaign to eliminate customizations to base using LEX and Orchestrations. I would like to share my retrofitting journey and share how I was able to move a lot of modifications out of JDE base and share a few modifications I could not get rid of and why.

This session proposal tells a real story of transformation and partnership. Kamehameha Schools, one of Hawai‘i’s largest private educational trusts and landowners, took on the challenge of modernizing its legacy PeopleSoft systems. Together with Elire, they completed a full Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM transformation on time, within a 12-month window. But what makes this story worth sharing is how it happened. The presentation will show how a clear strategy, trust-based partnership, and Elire’s proprietary PeopleSoft-to-Cloud accelerator tools turned a complex migration into a repeatable success model. The focus will be on practical lessons learned: how governance and decision discipline kept the project on track, how data conversion accelerators removed risk, and how methodology shaped delivery. The audience will hear directly how Kamehameha Schools balanced education, land management, and financial operations within a single Oracle Cloud platform and why that matters for other public-purpose and higher-education institutions. The team overcame natural disruptions, competing priorities, and tight timelines while maintaining full scope, including advanced modules like Risk Management Cloud, Fusion Data Intelligence, and Oracle Digital Assistant. This presentation matters because it shows what’s possible when technology, people, and trust align. It highlights a proven model for moving from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Cloud efficiently, securely, and with confidence. It’s a story not about tools alone but about partnership, the kind that defines successful cloud transformations. Key Takeaways: - A clear path from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud. Day 0. Day 1. Day 2. What happens in each step and why it lowers risk. - How a 12-month ERP go live stayed on schedule. Governance, scope control, and decision rituals that worked. - The partner model that sustained trust. KS leaders and Elire set simple rules for decisions and communication.
