Mastech Digital is a Minority-Owned staffing firm based out of Pittsburgh, PA with offices in the US, India, and Canada. The company moved from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM in July of 2018. As a part of this move, the company had several unique needs that are not met with standard business operations in the Oracle Cloud product. To meet these needs the company and its SI developed extensions in Java Cloud Service using available API and FBDI tools to automate unique and complex requirements unique to the staffing model. In this session we will discuss how that was done, considerations for the model used and lessons learned.
