I'll show how to quickly copy & build agents & agent teams inside of Oracle Fusion Applications. First, we'll look at some basics of Agents & then we'll look at the architecture supporting the building and leveraging of Oracle Agents. We'll also look at the Oracle vector database and also look at the Oracle Agent Studio for leveraging Oracle agents and agent teams inside of the Oracle Fusion Apps.

This is a Business look at practical applications of Machine Learning & AI. Using Oracle Machine Learning algorithms, I'll show how to produce results quickly for a business. Training a model with either data that you have or data via Big Data opportunities will be key to teach a model. After you have the correct algorithm, testing the model on new data that starts to prescribe what to do in the future on things like Big Data or other data in other places. Understanding which customers or potential customers are likely to buy is another place to leverage AI. Finding anomalies quicker to address as needed (potentially with an Agent). Finding the product that is the next product a customer will buy is helpful to increase revenue. Finding attributes of great customers create opportunities & you'll learn what they want to buy first or second. Add a chatbot to ask the customer or help the customer or employee find something in a document.

A large organization partnered with Elire to optimize their PeopleSoft FSCM system, aiming to reduce unnecessary customizations and unlock underutilized functionality. Using Elire’s proprietary Customization Identifier and Object Tracker tools, the project team assessed over 650 customizations across key financial modules. The outcome: 34% of customizations removed or replaced, 82 new enhancements identified, and a clear roadmap for future improvements. Technologies like Drop Zones, Event Mapping, and Page & Field Configurator played a central role in modernizing the system while maintaining alignment with delivered functionality. This session explores how the Business Analyst team at MacLean-Fogg partnered across multiple plant locations to optimize distribution workflows using JD Edwards Orchestrator. After 20+ years on PeopleSoft, Sarasota Memorial Healthcare System decided to implement Grants to support our growing research initiatives, and to get off a homegrown grant tracking system that was not scalable. SMH went live in October 2025 on 8.62 PUM 54 Grants, Contracts, AR/Billing, Project and Insights to support our new grants management process. We'll discuss our project, our plan, conversions, hits and misses, and lessons learned on our journey to implement Grants.

Sarasota Memorial Healthcare System (SMH) has spent several years advancing its use of automation, artificial intelligence, and now generative AI to enable “touchless” processing and payment of non‑PO invoices in PeopleSoft FSCM. In this session, we’ll highlight what has worked well, where we encountered challenges, and how our strategy has evolved as new technologies and approaches became available. We’ll provide an overview of SMH’s current non‑PO invoice automation framework, including several innovative methods for extracting invoice data, matching suppliers, defaulting accounting information, and integrating with third‑party AI solutions. We’ll also walk through earlier versions of our automations and show how today’s solution grew from those early, more modest beginnings.
