Have you experienced the obstacles involved with machinery breaking in the middle of the workday, stopping production in its tracks? The repairs alone on a machine that has stopped working can be extremely costly, not to mention the cost of losses in supply and productivity. Take the guesswork of "what went wrong" out of the equation with preventative maintenance. JD Edwards helps to prevent these production-plaguing obstacles by streamlining equipment maintenance schedules.
Objectives
Understanding benefits of preventative equipment maintenance schedules.
Understand how E1 simplifies equipment maintenance.
Understand how Orchestrator can further simplify equipment maintenance, providing a visual perspective into your equipment's' lifecycle and maintenance schedule.

Using real business cases, this session will demonstrate the use of Orchestrator to mass updates Sales and Purchase Order.
As we all know, cancelling a SO Line have a lot of overhead processing besides just updating the status to 980-999, so using the P4210 is our best way to do it. As far as Purchasing, there is no UBE available to do mass reprice and before orchestrator a custom UBE was the only solution.
Objectives
Business Case 1: Mass Cancel Sales Orders.
With this solution we will take advantage of the Sales Order Entry application to perform mass Order Line cancelations, directly from Customer Service.
Business Case 2: Mass Reprice Purchase Orders.
With this solution we will take advantage of the Purchase Order Entry application to perform mass Purchase Order repricing.
Further discuss the use of these solutions for other Mass Updates on Sales and Purchase Orders.

As organizations increasingly adopt new technologies and applications, proven performance support tools are essential to meet employees at their moment of need to ensure successful adoption. Oracle’s User Productivity Kit (UPK) is an instrumental tool, whether you are implementing new applications, upgrading to a new release, want to better document your processes, capture organizational knowledge, or simply ensure the success of your technology investment in JDE.
Objectives
Learn how iLearnERP partners with organizations to develop new UPK content, to better utilize previously developed content, and to provide training courses in UPK development so that project and training teams can develop courses and materials.
Discover how customized standards ensure consistent training material development and how UPK training content can fit into a full training delivery program with live course delivery, video recordings, webinar sessions and exercises.
Explore other UPK-like options with a brief presentation of other employee performance support tools and what a selection process with an end-to-end support model could offer your organization’s next training initiative.

In today’s competitive landscape companies need to evolve to become digital enterprises and in turn modernize their systems to reflect these changes. Part of that evolution is the way in which organizations’ consume enterprise software, moving from major, disruptive upgrade projects, to the more widespread adoption of smaller, more frequent software updates.
Testing is an essential component of any update project. In fact, testing activities can account for up to 60% of the total effort required, and this can be a huge burden on scarce resources. Customers test to eliminate risk, so a robust testing regime should include both functional elements, to ensure the system is producing the desired outcomes and to see how the updated system operates under pressure. Given that manual testing requires time and effort, test automation can provide significant advantages, helping you to run smaller, faster and smarter projects.
Objectives
In this presentation we will outline how testing smarter can enable innovation by reducing the time and effort of functional testing freeing up valuable resources.
We will demonstrate how Business Analysts and Super-users can set up their own test scenarios quickly and easily, taking ownership of their test automation.
Learn how testers can do more for less and projects can be delivered faster, helping to increase operational efficiencies.
