Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC, (SRNS) developed a unique collaboration for incorporating improvement ideas for PeopleSoft into a Continuous Rapid Improvement Event (RIE) which engages the users alongside the functional and technical PeopleSoft teams to solve real process issues. This engaging methodology has resulted in improved use of delivered PeopleSoft functionality to greatly improve process efficiencies resulting in both hard- and soft-dollar cost savings at Savannah River Site.
