In 2020, Temple University Health System was recognized as a PeopleSoft Innovator for its use of PeopleSoft’s Fluid user interface (UI) to provide employees access to electronic job descriptions (see Page 22 for more). The team at Temple Health ultimately believes that higher employee engagement leads to higher patient satisfaction.
During Quest Forum Digital Event: PeopleSoft Week, Temple’s own Stephanie McNeil, Bret Huntington, and Lee Hasselbach joined forces to discuss this enhancement and other changes they have made to help drive employee engagement since their upgrade to 9.2.

During Quest Forum Digital Event: Innovation Week, Paco Aubrejuan, Senior Vice President of Oracle Applications, presented a PeopleSoft product update and elaborated on the current strategies for PeopleSoft. He began by reassuring customers that the PeopleSoft team is ready and available to help with COVID-related issues and requirements. He expressed appreciation for the men and women who are on the frontlines during this crisis and acknowledged that their work is extremely important and valued.

RECONNECT 20 has officially shifted to a virtual event taking place on October 5-8, 2020! As an effort to prioritize the health and safety of our PeopleSoft community, RECONNECT will not take place in St. Louis this July as originally planned. As we shift to this new virtual environment, we are also reopening the Call for Presentations process until July 31, 2020. If you haven't already, submit an abstract today for a chance to be selected as a speaker!

We would like to review this enhancement and other changes we made since our 9.2 upgrade to help drive our employee engagement = We Perform from an HRIS and IT perspective. How HRIS and IT partnered to drive change from paper to Self Service and improved engagement using PeopleSoft HCM v 9.2 as of May 2018.
