Meet Quest’s 2026–2027 Emerging Leaders Cohort

Eighteen professionals from 16 organizations have begun their leadership development journey as part of Quest’s 2026–2027 Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)!

The nine-month program kicked off in Lexington, Kentucky, where participants explored leadership foundations, business acumen, strategic thinking, and executive presence while building relationships with peers from across the Quest community.

Throughout the year, participants will learn from experienced instructors and mentors, strengthen their leadership skills, and collaborate on capstone projects addressing real-world challenges, including building influence without authority and leading through organizational change.

In his latest blog, Quest CEO and ELP Program Director Jon Vaughn introduces this year’s cohort, highlights their Lexington experience, and shares what’s ahead as these emerging leaders prepare for broader responsibilities. Read now to meet the 2026–2027 cohort and learn more about their leadership journey!
