In the virtual roundtable “Commerce in A Changing World: Delivering Experiences in the New Normal” from Insight 20, three Oracle Commerce clients described how they juggle changing workplace regimens and interpret various customer signals to deliver a robust experience.

Gary Kirschner, Senior Director of Product Management for Oracle Commerce, gave a presentation about what’s new in on-premise Oracle Commerce 11.3.2.

During the 2019 Virtual Summit, Ulta Beauty’s Rohit Mishra and Robert Murphy gave a presentation on the company’s approach to system changes made to resolve ATG application memory issues. Ulta made several internal changes in order to tighten testing cycles for the 2018 holiday preparations.
