Quest volunteers power our programs—Advisory Boards guide strategy, Speakers share expertise at webinars and events, Community Leaders host dynamic group discussions, and invitation-only Knowledge Committees curate sessions members love.

As a volunteer, you’ll expand your network, gain professional recognition and make a tangible impact on thousands of Oracle users. Speakers and Knowledge Committee members also receive complimentary registration to the events they support (restrictions may apply). Advisory Boards meet quarterly (ERP/PSFT/JDE) or monthly (HCM). Celebrating Our 2025 Cloud Community Meetups – and Looking Ahead to 2026!

We’ve truly enjoyed connecting with all of you at our 2025 Cloud Community meetups. The conversations, insights, and shared experiences have made each gathering meaningful—and the dialogue doesn’t stop here! As we start building our 2026 meetup series, we invite you to stay engaged by joining our monthly sessions, sharing lessons learned, highlighting innovations you’ve discovered, and stepping in to support your peers. Your participation continues to make our community vibrant, collaborative, and inspiring. Keep an eye out for updates on the upcoming series—we can’t wait to continue the conversation with you in 2026!

We’re excited to announce, we’ve added two new SIG Groups: Cloud SCM and Cloud AI & Gen AI! The inaugural Cloud AI & Gen AI meetup will be during Oracle Cloud Summit Virtual, Nov 17–20, but don’t wait to start the conversation — ask questions, exchange best practices, and highlight your success stories in the community chats now!

We’re also looking for volunteers who use either SCM or Cloud AI/Gen AI and would like to help co-host future meetups. If you’re interested, please contact Alexis Brooks to learn more.

Cloud HCM Community Meet-Up

Cloud HCM Community Meetups are every 3rd Wednesday at 1 pm ET! Join us for the next meetup on December 17.

Cloud EPM Community Meet-Up

Join us for a relaxed, welcoming space where we can swap stories, share wins (and struggles), and support each other along the way. For our November call, we’ll be centering the conversation on AI World—highlighting insights, key takeaways, and lessons learned. Whether you attended the event or are simply curious about what came out of it, this is a great chance to connect, reflect, and gather ideas you can bring back to your own work. This virtual meetup will take place on Tuesday, November 11th at 3 PM ET.

If you’ve already registered, these reminders will start automatically—no action is needed from your end.
