DevOps doesn’t need nor would they use all the functionality Enterprise Manager has to offer. Yet, DevOps is often called upon to perform some database management tasks for Oracle Databases (Standard and Enterprise Edition) in the Oracle Cloud or on other vendors clouds. So, it makes sense for them to use a solution that can complement and take advantage of EM, whether or not it’s already in use within the business. To address evolving database management needs, Oracle now also provides the Oracle Cloud based Database Management Service. Attend this session to learn how this cloud-based service enables the user to perform database management activities within minutes of subscription to perform a variety of on-demand work when needed whether databases are on-premises or in the cloud.

This presentation will focus on what specific algorithms inside Oracle can be applied to business problems. Robots may be the first to truly learn machine learning (ML) and expand into artificial intelligence (AI). Python is one of the keys to machine learning as we program the invention of the mind to further replace humans’ most basic tasks. This session will focus on ML 101 and building the future ahead. Some business issues are seasonal, some relate to customers with certain attributes, and some relate to customers we don’t know exist, but all can be solved by using the correct algorithm to quickly prescribe a better corporate future.
