This session will reveal what one of the largest fast foods icons had to contemplate as they started their journey and the maturation that ensued. Every role on the organization from technologists to leaders were required to embrace change for them to become “value creators”. There will be an end of presentation discussion session to allow others who have transitioned to cloud or are in the process of transitioning to provide ideas or tips and tricks they may have used to help or are helping them to transition to cloud.
