During Quest Forum Digital Event: Emerging Technology Day, Carlos Chang, Oracle Product Marketing, presented how Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Digital Assistant offer seamless conversational access to make ad-hoc queries like never before. Data is the fuel for AI – the 21st century equivalent to what electricity did for the 20th century. AI will change everything, and companies that aggregate data from multiple sources, enriched with AI, will have a distinct advantage.

During Insight 20, CX Commerce Strategist Brenna Johnson walked through how to transition from ATG or Oracle Commerce to Oracle CX Commerce.

Fenner Precision Polymers needed to upgrade their tools release for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The organization recognized the opportunity to upgrade and migrate to the public cloud simultaneously. After successfully making the migration from private cloud to Amazon Web Services, Fenner was able to achieve reduced costs, increased scalability, and improved support. This session will provide a case study on the business drivers, considerations, planning, and risk mitigation steps that must be considered when making a move to the public cloud.

Chatbots are increasingly becoming more common in Enterprise and Institutions. Most started with simple use cases such as a simple FAQ bot, but in many cases are rapidly hitting the limits of simple Chatbots can do. In this session, we will discuss various enterprise and institutional use cases for Chatbots. We will explore pre-built integration and templates that conversational-enable your Oracle Application deployments. We will also cover the latest innovations in conversational AI technologies – AI-powered Voice engine that you can train, true native multi-lingual support, and Digital Assistants combined with Process Automation to fully realize the promise of what conversational AI can offer.

During Quest Forum Digital Event: Innovation Week, Shirley Lum, Product Marketing Director at Oracle, delivered a presentation on how to maximize your on-premises investment as you embrace digital innovation from the inside out. 

As part of Quest Forum Digital Event: Cloud Week, Sharon Perkins from Yum! Brands and Chris Costakes from Elire, Inc. presented on Yum! Brands' Oracle HCM Cloud integration methodologies. The pair provided overviews of several different services, highlighted reasons that Yum! Brands made the choices they did, and provided example use cases.
